Villa "Sanda" is an elegant four-star villa, cultural and architectural monument located in the beautiful seaside town of Balchik. It was built in 1938, for the daughter of the famous Romanian architect prof. Paul Smarandesku - Alexandra and it is named after her - Sanda. The villa combines the tradition of local builders as for the construction of the courtyard and the steps typical for the region Balchik stone is used. After its restoration in 2005, the architectural appearance of the villa is fully preserved and its interior offers all the modern amenities. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, LED TV and an orthopedic mattress. The kitchens and the dining rooms are fully equipped for everyday use with integrated appliances and utensils. The villa also offers wireless internet, satellite TV and security system. At the courtyard of over two acres you can enjoy a charcoal barbecue, garden iron furniture, pool, jacuzzi, tennis table, a playground for children and a selection of family favorite games.
A few steps separate villa "Sanda" from the longest pedestrian promenade in Bulgaria with a length of over 7 km. Along its length you will encounter charming seaside restaurants, a magnificent botanical garden, the majestic Romanian palace and several secluded beaches. We recommend a leisurely stroll, running or bike. At the port, there is a small fishing market with fresh fish and shellfish.
